Allow buyers to specify min order value

Buyers may only want to place an order if there are a number of items they can buy from one seller (i.e. large single orders can result in significant savings but the costs of raising and processing a small order may outweigh possible savings) . If the seller then rejects some of the order the resulting value of the order may fall below an acceptable value for the buyer.

Suggestion:
Allow the buyer to indicate a threshold value that the seller must meet, otherwise the order is automatically withdrawn.
