How much can I sell without a WDL

Retail Pharmacies are permited to sell by Wholesale without a WDL, but there are limits specified in the 'Medicines Ethics & Practice' (MEP). Issues 33 July 2009 states this is 'likely' to be 'no more than 5% of its total medicines trade'. You should read MEP Section 1.2.4 for full details.
